Scope: This special session aims to address the systematic, automated, and multi-disciplinary toolchain-based approaches for early-stage verification and validation (V&V) of complex industrial systems in line with the model-based digital twin approach of the MATISSE project. The modeling of digital twins at different levels of abstraction (behavioral, logical, physical), their continuous validation, and their integrated operation through federated structures constitute the core scientific framework of the session.

Scope: This special session aims to bring together innovative works at the intersection of chaos theory and artificial intelligence. Chaotic systems are critical for modeling complex and uncertain phenomena. However, the discovery and analysis of these systems can be quite challenging. AI techniques facilitate this process, enabling faster and more accurate results. By bringing together AI and chaos theory, this session will contribute to an interdisciplinary research area.
