Camera Ready Instructions
The final version of papers submitted to IEEE ASYU 2026 will be checked for plagiarism (copyright infringement) using the IEEE CrossCheck system. If a paper is found to be similar, including self-plagiarism, it will be automatically rejected and not submitted to IEEE for publication. All accepted and presented papers will be published in the Conference Proceeding that will be indexed by the IEEE Xplore digital library. In order for your paper to be included in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library, you must complete the following procedures until August 2, 2026:
1. Adding the copyright notice to the paper
The appropriate copyright clearance code notice is to be added at the bottom of the first page:
- •For papers in which all authors are employed by a Crown government (UK, Canada, and Australia): 979-8-3315-9727-6/25/$31.00 ©2026 Crown
- •For papers in which all authors are employed by the European Union: 979-8-3315-9727-6/25/$31.00 ©2026 European Union
- •For all other papers (included Türkiye): 979-8-3315-9727-6/25/$31.00 ©2026 IEEE
2. Validation with the PDFExpress system
Copyright information must be added as a footnote and verified using the PDFExpress system. First, access the PDFExpress system.

Continue by entering any other required information. If you do not have an account, please create one using the Create Account link. After activating your account, you will be asked to enter your personal details.
Enter this information and click on the Dashboard link. Then complete the following steps using the Create New Title link: Please enter the title of the paper and upload the manuscript file with copyright information in the form that will open. Download the verified PDF and upload it using the Create Camera-Ready Submission link in the Microsoft CMT system.

Please log in to the Paper Submission System Microsoft CMT using account details when you used to upload the paper earlier.
- •The papers you have uploaded will appear under the Submissions tab. Click on the Submit IEEE Copyright Form link under the Actions section.
- •Use Click here link on the page that opens.
- •This link will take you directly to the IEEE Copyright page.
4. Complete the IEEE copyright form
You should have reached the IEEE Copyright page as a result of the previous process. This page contains the necessary copyright transfer procedures for your work to be published on the IEEExplore digital cube. You can start the process by clicking on the Start link.
- •Complete process using appropriate informations.
- •Please sing the form with the name of corresponding author of the paper.
Please dont forget upload the downloaded Copyright form to the Microsoft CMT system using Camera-Ready Submission link.
