Call for Special Sessions and Tutorials
All papers submitted to the conference will be reviewed by at least three reviewers using a double-blind peer review system. The official sponsors of the conference are IEEE Turkey Section↗ and IEEE SMC↗, and all accepted papers will be published in the IEEE Xplore↗ digital library.
Interested participants can propose special sessions and tutorials focused on innovative topics. Special session or tutorial proposals do not guarantee the acceptance of the proposal. Special sessions will both include invited papers solicited by the organizers and will be open to submissions from all participants. The special session papers will go through the same rigorous review process as in regular sessions.
Special Session Proposal Guidelines
Proposals should be no longer than 4 pages and submitted as a single PDF document. They should include:
- •Session Title: A concise and descriptive title.
- •Organizer(s): Names, affiliations, contact details, and short biographies (max 200 words) highlighting relevant experience.
- •Scope and Topics: A description of the session’s focus and a list of relevant topics.
- •Significance and Justification: Why the topic is important and how it contributes to the conference.
- •Expected Attendance: Estimated number of participants and a list of the invited authors who can potentially contribute to the special session.
- •Reviewers: A list of reviewers who can potentially evaluate the session papers.
Please submit your proposals by April 16, 2026 via email to asyu2026@ozyegin.edu.tr.
